Timo joined Softera in 2006 as a software developer. Today he works as a senior software architect in the Softera T360° product-development team — responsible, among other things, for UI design, order handling and self-service.

A long career at the same company sometimes raises questions — but the IT field renews so fast that even within the same company the work can change many times over.

One key reason for the long career is flexibility. When Timo's son was born, he was on childcare leave for nearly six months — and at Softera the situation was understood and arranged accordingly.
