Softera's 360° ERP business expands in the waste sector!

We have signed an agreement with Lakeuden Etappi to deliver the Softera 360° operational system and the Softera Horizon customer-service system.

Softera has already worked for several years with companies in the waste sector, developing the management of customer-service processes with solutions from the Horizon product family. The collaboration with Lakeuden Etappi now expands to cover the entire Softera 360° system: billing, customer-management processes, cooperation with authorities and the end-customer service portal.

We are very excited about the collaboration with Lakeuden Etappi. Etappi is a recognised frontrunner in its field in developing operations and making use of information systems. As a result of the development and rollout project now starting, we will adapt the Softera 360° system to meet the evolving ERP needs of the waste sector.

Our strengthening role in the environmental-services sector also benefits our current customers. Our growing customer base enables cross-industry co-development of Softera 360°. We get to combine perspectives from different industries and find shared solutions that make our systems even more efficient — without forgetting industry-specific needs.
