Softera's new CEO appointed

Antti Lapinleimu has been appointed the new CEO of Softera Oy. He starts in the role on 5 January 2026.

Antti brings strong experience and expertise from the SaaS industry, where he has worked for over 20 years. For the past 3.5 years he led the organization of Lime Technologies Finland, responsible in particular for the sales and marketing team and for growing the business.

Earlier, Antti held sales and sales-leadership roles in several SaaS companies, leading new-business and Key Account teams of various sizes in both Finland and Central Europe. His career has always been closely tied to data, analytics and data-driven management, and he has delivered these services with his teams to a broad customer base across ICT, energy, finance, wholesale and industry.
