Softera offers telecom billing, mobile messaging, and software development services to telecom operators and other customers with large number of end users and high demands for availability. Our expertise lays in handling large amounts of data, deep understanding of digital communication methods, and robust software development.

Billing software

More than half of the Finnish telecom operators use Softera's billing system, TTMi, to handle their billing and customer relationships. TTMi has a wide variety of functionality to support billing, customer relationship management, product information, pricing, and work orders.

Customer Experience Management

Our customer experience management solutions include service desk tools, event management tools, and business intelligence solutions. These tools enable the service desk to effectively manage customer communication and the management to see reports about customer relations.

Mobile solutions

Our mobile messaging solutions, based on our Message Engine product, are used by both mobile telecom operators and broadband operators. Message Engine offers tools for building and controlling value added services for SMS, MMS, and WAP among other technologies. We are also a service provider for the Outlook Mobile Service here in Finland.
